OPERATION CIVIL ENTRY
Operation Civil Entry is a civil accountability initiative focused on restoring the integrity of law enforcement practices within private residences. Our mission is to demand that officers respect the scope of their entry and act only within the boundaries of their original purpose—unless legally expanded by a warrant. We advocate for consent-based policing, clearer standards for in-home interactions, and stronger protections against warrantless overreach. The warrant system exists for a reason: to prevent abuse of power, not to be bypassed through technicalities. We believe no one should be treated as guilty until proven innocent simply because they opened the door.
